I only read 7 books this month, which is a really small amount for me – but school, work, and life have just been really busy. I hope next month is better.
Books I Read in April:
Aru Shah and the End of Time by Roshani Chokshi
The Case for Jamie by Brittany Cavallaro – My Review
Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody – My Review
The Belles by Dhonielle Clayton – My Review
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander – My Review
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black – My Review
By a Charm and a Curse by Jaime Questell – My Review
Books I Want To Read (or Finish) in May:
The Fates Divide by Veronica Roth
I just started this so I’m definitely going to be reading it in May – beyond that, I have so many audiobooks and regular books on hold (and almost available) that whatever comes in first will probably dictate my list. As a result, the following two, as usual, will get bumped another month because I own them.
Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Maas
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling
Are there any books that are coming out in May that you are super excited to read? What books should I add to my mountain of a TBR? Let me know in the comments below!
I just posted my wrap-up and May TBR!
I got through 9 books this month and am also hoping that next month is better!

It’s tough because I request a billion books from the library but I’m also a mood reader? So I know I have the new Viking book waiting for me at work, as well as love hate and other filters and black panther. I just got a notice that emergency contact was checked out to me on audiobook and I know at least 5 more are between 2 and 4 weeks away, so it’s a mess and I cannot plan at all.

Ahahahahah oh no, Kyera! XD But I can imagine that I would be the same way if I worked there and it was so easy to get them. Being a mood reader is the worst sometimes. 😦

I also realized I ignored the other half of your comment the first time. I hope my presentation was good? I won’t know for sure until I see my grades, but she still has 5 parts to grade (group project and stuff included), so it might be a while. My heart rate certainly wasn’t sure that I did well though… it was legit like double what my resting heart rate is when I finished.

Ahahahaha, oh no, you’re good. And oh no! The waiting is the hardest part. Because with so many things that could go one way or another. Hopefully it all works out!! I’ve got my fingers crossed.
