In honor of Halloween and all things spooky, this week’s theme is all about creepy atmospheres!
Top 5 Tuesday is a weekly meme that the lovely Bionic Bookworm does. If you are interested in doing any of her topics on your blog she welcomes it! Don’t forget to check out her upcoming topics if you’re interested in participating in future Top 5’s! Be sure to check out her topics here!
Creepiest Book(s) I’m Looking Forward To Reading:

The Beautiful by Renee Ahdieh
Vampires in New Orleans? Creepy and sumptuous.

Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco
Now I haven’t read this book yet, but I wanted to put it on my list because it’s on my TBR and it’s about a necromancer witch who can raise people back from the dead!
Creepiest Book(s) I’ve Read:

City of Ghosts by Victoria Schwab
This middle grade novel is about a girl who can see ghosts, what could be better for Halloween?

A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab
Grey and Red London are all well and good – but White and Black London are perfect for the creepy atmosphere prompt!

Unwind by Neal Shusterman
This world allows parents to ‘unwind’ their teens if they decide that they’re not good enough and was a reaction to the pro-life/pro-choice debate… um creepy!

Do you love creepy, spooky books or would you rather read a nice, sunny book? Let me know in the comments!
