I was not tagged for this, I stole it from Shanah’s blog. No regrets.
Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

Ringer by Lauren Oliver
I picked it up sometime in October or November? Gosh, I don’t even remember anymore. I wasn’t in love with it and it was taking me forever to read. I ended up hardcore putting it down when I got Renegades from my library and haven’t picked it up since. Oops?
Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?
I have no idea if it’s autumnal but I think the Harry Potter books are perfect for fall.. winter… the holidays and pretty much any time of year, but I want to reread them in December.
Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?
That’s tough, there are some new releases that I haven’t read yet but I have most of them (thanks to the now 20ish books I have checked out of the library. There’s no way I’ll be able to read them all. It’s sad.) But I started rereading the Throne of Glass series via audiobook in anticipation of Tower of Dawn so I really hope to get to it! Does that count because I have to wait to read it until I reread Empire (which is the only one I don’t own on audible in the regular series and it’s like $35 so no thank you.)?
What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
The aforementioned Tower of Dawn, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and The Raven King. Even though I’ve reread the Harry Potter books more times than I can count, I’ve never reviewed them and I’m thinking that I would like to do that either starting in December or for 2018.
Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?
It’s like deja vu – Tower of Dawn. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reactions, so I’ll be pretty shocked if it tops my faves of the year.
Have you already started making reading plans for 2018?
You give me too much credit. Nope! I’ve done the “oh nice this book comes out in x” but I haven’t actually planned my reads, at all. January will probably just be whatever I still have out from the library and haven’t finished yet.
What books do you hope to read by the end of the year and have you started planning your 2018 reads? Let me know in the comments below!
