The Playlist Shuffle Tag

I was tagged by Mischenko from Read Rant Rock & Roll for The Playlist Shuffle Tag. Although it’s not book related, I thought it might be fun to do it on here. I’m sure we all listen to such different music!

The Rules

  • Put your music on shuffle and list the first 15 songs to play (no cheating).
  • Tag 10 others to do it as well.

My Music

All Around Me – Flyleaf

I’m obsessed, you?

Lights – Ellie Goulding

Jack Sparrow – Lonely Island (feat. Michael Bolton)

I am dying right now at how random these songs are. Since I got my computer, I’ve only had a disorganized iTunes library because it decided not to transfer any of my playlists. It’s a little overwhelming to think of trying to reorganize it, again, so I’ve been putting it off.

Rolling in the Deep – Adele

Headstrong – Earshot

Anyone else buy the CD for this movie, just me?

What About Love – Anthem Lights

If you haven’t heard of Anthem Lights, you should check them out.. they have original music, but I love their covers.

By the way, I had to cheat because for some reason my old German textbook audio files were on there.. and that’s not music. No one wants to hear that.

Wheel in the Sky – Journey

Finally some classic rock!

Style – Taylor Swift

Mostly, look it’s Jace *cough what last name do I use for him cough*!

One More Night – Maroon 5

I’m going to be honest, I don’t even like Maroon 5 but I like this song… for karaoke.

Honor To Us All – Mulan

I legitimately was getting worried because no Disney music had come up yet and I listen to sooooo much Disney music. Thankfully, my girl Mulan jumped in to be the final song.

As I was finishing this post, Honor ended and I will give you one final honorable mention, song eleven… All For Leyna by Billy Joel. Now please go sing at the top of your lungs! I know I certainly am.

Simple-Line-Light-4

Well then, that was a really random assortment of songs… do you guys listen to as much different music as me? What songs or artists do you think would come up if you did this tag? I was surprised there was no Paramore, Linkin Park, Demi Lovato… I could continue and that there wasn’t more classic rock or Disney.

Since I’m a book blogger, I don’t know who out there would want to do a purely music-based tag. If you’re interested, please do it! I’m just not going to tag anyone.

What a fun tag! I too listen to such random music haha. If I shuffled my music we’d get anything from Taylor Swift (so much Tay) to some classic rock to some good ol disney songs.

Omigosh, this is so much fun! I love it. I can’t imagine how random it would be to see all the songs you have on there from all the years and music times. YAY for the final Disney song to pop up and save the day. I enjoy a lot of these songs as well, so we’re on the same music wavelength. 😉

This looks like such a fun tag! I must try it! But my shuffle would show how incredibly odd my music taste is XD And yay for Mulan for showing up and representing Disney!!

Haha yeah, I feel like a lot of people have been saying that to me so I feel glad that I’m not the only one who listens to a variety of music. (My odd stuff didn’t even come up.)

I loved this! So many great songs here. I think Mulan has to be one of my favorite Disney movies of all time. My kids watch it all the time too and my 17-year-old son knows all the songs, lol. Thanks for the link back!!
