Another Top 5 Tuesday, have you started participating yet? Shanah comes up with some really interesting prompts, so it’s really fun to participate.
Top 5 Tuesday is a weekly meme that the lovely Bionic Bookworm does. If you are interested in doing any of her topics on your blog she welcomes it! Here is a list of her upcoming topics if you’re interested in participating in future Top 5’s! Be sure to check out her dream reading spaces post here!
Top 5 Dream Reading Spaces:
Gryffindor or Ravenclaw Common Room
The squishy armchairs, the fire, the castle atmosphere (or the night sky on the ceiling in Ravenclaw) – sounds like a reading dream.
A Treehouse in the Woods
I would live in a treehouse somewhere in the woods, kind of far from other people. I’m not even kidding. Plus that means a lot of uninterrupted reading time.
A Library in my Future Home
This one is actually in progress… just not in a future home since I don’t own one yet.. my mom let me convert the guest room into a library. (It will definitely have a secret door if I have any say in my future house.) I’m still trying to sell my old bedroom furniture (from when I was a kid) to get it out of the room but then I hope to be able to post a real picture! This would be a dream because it would be my own oasis.
The Beast’s Library
This was definitely the first thing I saw as a kid that made me say, “I need a library in my house when I grow up.” Of course, it’s the place that I’ve always dreamt of reading in.
Outside
It would be amazing to have a tranquil yard with a burbling brook, surrounded by trees and a hammock, swing or something else to just sit/lay in and read all day.
What did you guys think of my list? Let me know your dream reading spaces in the comments below!

Oh could you imagine curling up in the Gryffindore common room?!?!? I don’t know that I would leave. I certainly wouldn’t need a bed because I would end up falling asleep on the couches with a book in my hands!
The picture you put for outdoors is one that I almost posted myself! Great list!!
Thanks again for participating 🙂

It just sounds so lovely and cozy.. as long as a certain pair of Weasleys aren’t in the area.
