Crush

Crush by Tracey Wolff
⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (3.5)

Crush brings a welcome boost of energy to the series with the introduction of Hudson, whose snark and sharp banter added the spark I felt the first book lacked. The dynamic between him and Grace is engaging and entertaining, giving the story a bit more personality.

That said, Jaxon’s controlling vibes really didn’t work for me, and some of the same issues from Crave are still present. The writing style still feels like it’s trying a bit too hard to be teen-speak, and the plot leans heavily into familiar tropes. Still, it’s fun in its own way, especially for readers who enjoy paranormal romances full of drama and attitude.
