For me, summertime reads are light, fluffy contemporary romances – but that might be different for you! (So I’m going to try to add some diversity in genre to my list!)

Summertime Reads:

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
This is the epitome of cute, fluffiness – but don’t read on an empty stomach!

There’s Something About Sweetie by Sandhya Menon
(but also when Dimple Met Rishi)
I’m currently reading this one, but maybe I should have waited until it was a little more summer-y out?

Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
Super cute and fluffy read that I love! (Plus Leah on the Offbeat!)

Quiet Girl in a Noisy World by Debbie Tung
Graphic novels are perfect for the summer, and this one will definitely appeal to your introverted and bookish heart.

The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue
by Mackenzie Lee
Still super cute and has an adorable romance, but this one is historical fiction. Look at me diversifying!

What books are perfect summertime reads for you? Do you agree with any of my picks? Or do you read completely different genres in the summer? Let me know in the comments!
