My rating: 3.5 of 5 stars

This was so cute, but it just lacked the je ne sais quoi that I got from her other book: Quiet Girl in a Noisy World. They were very similar in tone and nature (since her introverted character is quite into books in Quiet Girl as well), but Book Love just wasn’t as good. It’s challenging to explain because while it was cute I just didn’t feel like I got as much out of it. I still felt that the character knew me on a deep level because books are everything, but it just lacked something.
