This is my first themed Bookish Box and I really only got it because I heard that there would be special book jackets for the series.

A Court of Thorns and Roses

I love this series and I heard that the box was coming with exclusive covers for the three books in the series (not Frost and Starlight), so I really wanted to see them.

T-Shirt

I don’t really wear t-shirts, but the box didn’t have an option to purchase without clothing so I ended up with this shirt. I like the quote, obviously, but I don’t know if I’ll end up wearing it.

Book Sleeve designed by KDP Letters

I love the design, the quote, and the colours – but the quality is not great. As you can see in the second photo it’s not even sewn together cleanly, so the edges are coming apart. I still love it though and hope I can use it to protect some books (even though it isn’t really padded).

The Night Court Necklace

This is a simple, dainty necklace and I definitely like it.

Cassian & Nesta Candle by Spidey Scents

I don’t care for Cassian and Nesta as a couple (or potential ship), so this one is kind of ‘eh’ for me. There were so many other characters or ships I’d rather have.

I love this and it’s already on my new pin banner.

The art is gorgeous and I’d actually rather use these as art prints in my library than on my books I think!

I definitely like some of the items in this box, but overall I don’t know that it was worth the $50 it ended up costing me to order? But I wanted to take a chance, see if it was worth it because I knew they were also curating boxes for Throne of Glass with special dust jackets and maybe I needed them as well.. and yes, I may need them, but I’ll just have to hope they end up on the Bookish store.
