I struggle with this because I generally don’t think about tropes too often and when I do it’s the ones I am tired of? I also decided that I wanted to make some sort of graphics for this because I couldn’t really take pictures… but I kind of love the watercolor marble-y look and now I have the desire to redo a bunch of my graphics?

Tropes I Want More Of:
I love character development, so if this is done well then I love it. I want to see that build until it culminates in an actual relationship.
I would want to live in a world in which I suddenly discover that I have powers, so of course, I love reading about it (and I am super envious, tbh).
Whether it’s the classic good versus evil, or the switch up of good doing bad and evil going good – I want it.
I don’t want a Mary Sue or a total mean girl, give me a good, sassy female character and I’m happy. That may not be a real trope, but I’m sticking to it.
I love the stakes of a dangerous game, whether it’s Warcross or Caraval.
