Mythology Recommendations

I’ve included tales that were inspired by myths, legends and the heroes of old – even if they’re not entirely mythos based. Just in case anyone wants to comment and say I mentioned a retelling, rather than a book based on mythology. There are so many that I have inevitably forgotten a few, but I tried to include a variety. I’d be happy to add some of your recommendations to the list – just let me know in the comments below!

In honour of Rick Riordan’s new imprint, Rick Riordan Presents – I decided to do a mythology recommendations post. I cannot wait to see the worlds we are introduced to in the upcoming Mayan and Korean mythology-inspired books that we will be getting our hands on in the next year.

And if you need more mythology in your life, you can check out my Norse Mythology Book Tag – or my – Egyptian Mythology Book Tag !

This list was fantastic, Kyera!!! I loved it. I didn’t realize ACOMAF could be compared to Hades and Persephone!!! My mind is blown now, but I see it. I love reading about mythology, and I had no clue that RR was getting his own imprint. SO excited for this, and I definitely need to go through this list and pick some books out. Wonderful list, Kyera! ๐Ÿ™‚
