Top 10 – Valentine’s Reads

Love is in the air this week so I thought I’d give some recommendations to get you in the Valentine’s Day spirit (or Galentine’s or whatever you’re celebrating). So whether you’re into romances that are historical, fantastical or just contemporary – I hope you find something here that you can fall in love with. (I linked my reviews of the books and their Amazon pages just in case you want to pick up one, or two, for yourself.)

1. My Lady Jane – Tudor history with a magical twist (Amazon)

2. A Court of Mist and Fury – because Rhysand, enough said (Amazon)

3. The Wrath and the Dawn – a beautiful re-imagining of 1001 nights (Amazon)

4. Queen of Shadows – SJM breaks and fills my heart with love.. And Rowan (Amazon)

5. Crooked Kingdom – all of the sacrifices for love, all of them, it tears me up (Amazon)

6. Anna and the French Kiss – super cute romance and it’s set in Paris, what’s not to love? (Amazon)

7. To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before – Jenny Han just writes adorable romances that you must read (Amazon)

8. Heartless – this is the book that I just read to get me in the loving spirit, I’m not quite sure if it worked (Amazon)

9. Delirium – what do you do when you find someone in a world where love is a disease? (Amazon)

10. Love Fortunes and Other Disasters – they make love potions and charms here, so romance must be on the horizon (Amazon)

I hope you find a new book love in your life! Enjoy.

I still need to read The Wrath & the Dawn and A Court of Thorns & Roses, I want them so bad, but I’ve just never gotten to have them in my life 😦

They’re such gorgeous books that you do want to display them on your shelf at some point – but you can always get them from your local library for now. I do that all the time. They (usually) even have a digital library of audiobooks and ebooks you can borrow.
