Hi, I’m Kyera – just a girl who obsesses over books! I read predominantly young adult novels – my favourite genres are fantasy and science fiction. I may or may not have more books than I currently have bookshelves, but I hope to one day have a library in my (future) house. In my spare time, I also try to maintain my bookstagram (@kyeralynn) and the dogstagram that I was convinced into creating for my cavapoo, Olly (@olly.cavapoo).
I’m a total fangirl – I’m a Shadowhunter, Demi God, Waterbender, and Gryffinclaw. I’m also a huge nerd who loves comics and video games, plus you can probably find me cosplaying at my local comic con. I’ve attended as Clary Fray from the Mortal Instruments, Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, Belle from Beauty and the Beast (live action and animated), Rey from Star Wars, Wonder Woman, Moana, and Anna from Frozen.
I recently graduated and now have my Master’s degree in Library and Information Science. I’m officially a librarian! My dream is to be a young adult/teen librarian – can you tell?
I’m currently attempting to organize my thoughts and write a book – so we’ll see how that goes. I have about 75,000 words written and so many scenes just floating through my head.
