This is the second Top 5 Tuesday that I am taking part in – but I hope to try to participate in each category this month. It was really tough to determine which books were the longest without actually being home to sort through my shelf.

Assuming that my Goodreads account is accurate (and it’s definitely not because I only started adding books a few years ago), my five largest books are:
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling (870 pages)
Winter by Marissa Meyer (827 pages)
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling (784 pages)
City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare (768 pages)
Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer (756 pages)

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling (734 pages)
House of Hades by Rick Riordan (720 pages)
Angels and Demons by Dan Brown (713 pages)
A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J Maas (705 pages)

I don’t know about anyone else, but I didn’t count any of the books that I would call bind ups or collections of multiple stories like Sherlock Holmes or the Chronicles of Narnia. Those show up on my Goodreads shelf as having a lot of pages, but since they’re multiple books/stories in one novel they didn’t count for me. It also crazy to think that I was in middle school the first time I read the largest book on my shelf.
